A newly established Microfinance Bank, Mayfair Microfinance Bank Limited, that is to provide financial service to Micro, Small and medium Businesses in Lagos is giving you chance to make your name. As such we seek to recruit experienced, customer focused and performance oriented individual with strong leadership skills to fill this new position below;

The successful candidate must possess unquestionable Integrity and will be accountable for
Ensuring that the Bank has the back office capacity to manage its operations
Developing strategic plans to meet the future needs of the Bank
Formulating policies and procedures to provide a friendly guidance in appropriate use of the bank’s IT systems in order to ensure the technological competitiveness of the Bank.
Designing and implementing appropriate training in information technology.
THE PERSON:
The right candidate must:
Possess a university degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
Have a minimum of 7 -10 years post qualification experience in a Finance Institution or IT firm
Have excellent knowledge of relevant Accounting and Banking Software
Candidates are required to have the following attribute:
Self-driven, hardworking, visionary and innovative
Excellent communication, writing, mitigation, interpersonal and presentation skills
Keen attention to detail in business management, quality management and risk management
Time based decision maker
Appreciable balance and concern for micro, Small and medium entrepreneurs, People and productivity
